Running Workshop 2019

In 2019, MESIS Sdn Bhd also organized a running workshop for all running lovers in Kuching to improve their running techniques, skills and performance. Malaysia youngest and fastest Marathoner finish the 119th Boston Marathon 2015, Mr. Edan Syah was invited from Kuala Lumpur to conduct the workshop both theory and practical.
